Recently I shared my experience on Reddit regarding problems with my computer's booting process. The issue was resolved after a case short, but now it appears unstable, causing random issues. Under heavy load, the PC boots fine, yet sometimes it fails to start. During boot, the EZDEBUG indicators often disappear and the system doesn't respond. Occasionally, it gets stuck on a DRAM light, which prevents it from booting; reseating the RAM didn’t help and it appears unpredictably. Sometimes it passes through the DRAM and CPU lights before getting stuck on the VGA light, which I’ve fixed by reseating the GPU, though daily reseating seems futile since the GPU works well on another system. It seems these problems appear randomly, and I’m struggling to figure out what’s causing them. I’m really seeking assistance and am worried about potential causes like a faulty PSU, motherboard issues, or CPU problems. I’ve tried standard troubleshooting—reinstalling components, rebuilding the OS, updating BIOS, clearing CMOS—but nothing seems to work consistently. The specs are: Asus Tuf B650 Motherboard, Ryzen 5 9600X, RX 9070XT, 32GB Corsair RAM at 6000MT/s, and MSI MAG A850GL power supply.

An aftermarket air cooler, I don't remember the exact model but when underload in a game highest I've seen temps on the CPU go is 75 degrees Celsius

Asus sets up an app (armoury crate) automatically from the bios by default.
This might lead to unusual problems. Try uninstalling or disabling it to test.
Run memtest86.
It doesn’t rely on Windows. You should be able to finish a full pass without any errors.

it succeeded without any issues, and since it's an HTPC it's running smoothly, so I don't think I need the armor suite at all.
