So first off here is my build MSI B550 a Pro r5 5600x 2x16gb t force 3200 zotac trinity 3080 oc evga 850 bronze I am having an issue with my ram/cpu when installing my ram into a2-b2 oi have a no boot issue and my cpu debug light comes on. Now when I shut down and remove the ram from b2 it will boot up fine and runs good. i have swapped the ram sticks and each ram works perfectly individually. As soon as I try to run dual channel it will not boot and just cpu debug light comes on... here is what i have checked so far. bios is up to date i have reseated my cpu and checked for bent or broke pins and non have been found no physical issues with either the ram slot or the stick I would really like some advice on this
I've tested both options, enabling and disabling it, but the issue persists in both cases.
Check if the newest BIOS is installed on your motherboard. Apologies for misunderstanding, but it seems your original message was clear. You mentioned having RAM in slots 2 and 4?
They both fit in slots 1 and 3 together. If that’s the case, it could mean a faulty memory channel. A stick should still work in slot 4 even if another slot lacks RAM.
