My pc works perfectly fine there’s no problems when I’m using it, it’s a real beast. But when I need to restart it doesn’t work properly—it closes everything, shows the restart screen but nothing appears and it just stays there. Basically, I get stuck with no display whenever I restart my PC, which is really annoying. If anyone has any ideas about what might be causing this issue, it would be greatly appreciated…

Power on the computer to the desktop and wait a short time. Press the restart button... what occurs?

It will power off but won’t restart. The computer functions, though it’s very confusing since this is the only issue with the setup.

Does the noise suggest a restart? Usually, the fans will briefly increase before stopping, or it may simply stop and become silent.

Please specify the model number and I'll check the available MMO and BIOS levels.

I believe the issue might be related to Windows being corrupted. I also wanted to mention that I downgraded from Windows 11 to Windows 10, just in case it helps.
