Have a network problem?
Xbox app fails to load any games, including those available for download or in my library. This isn’t a major issue because I can access them via the desktop shortcut and they function properly. The app restarts by turning off Ethernet on my computer and then enabling it again. In contrast, YouTube and most websites operate immediately. On my phone, YouTube only starts playing videos after switching Wi-Fi on and off. The network troubleshooter doesn’t help since some apps still work through the internet. I also cleared DNS settings and cookies.
