Hello everyone, my friend was adjusting his graphics card speed from 2133 to 3000 in the motherboard settings. After making that change, his computer became stuck in a bootloop and he can't access BIOS. He has a Ryzen 1400 processor, an ASRock B450 PRO4, and two sticks of 3000MHz RAM from VIPERZ. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Disconnect the silver coin battery for five minutes while the PC is powered down, then reattach it. A 3000MHz frequency may be suitable, but ensure the BIOS is updated before retrying.

Start with a clean CMOS setup to boost compatibility with the components. If XMP isn't effective, test it gradually. Verify your motherboard supports RAM options and turn them on if available. Remember, not every module matches every board at its listed speed.
