Has your Wi-Fi card been damaged?
Hello everyone, I've been facing some problems with my Wi-Fi and connection lately. In Fortnite, the game becomes very laggy—playing for a couple of seconds then freezing for five seconds, and it keeps happening. On Roblox, sometimes games won't load or take a long time to start after about five minutes. Also, when loading into games, my Discord calls stop until the game finishes. I have a solid Wi-Fi connection with the router right next to my PC, but this issue happens randomly and can affect my gaming performance a lot. During these times, my CPU and RAM usage are usually between 25% to 35%. My specs: CPU – Ryzen 5 5600X, Motherboard – Asus ROG Strix B550-f (not Wi-Fi), GPU – Asus DUAL OC 2060 Wifi Card, Archer T4E. Thanks in advance.
Your PC connects directly to the router via a physical cable, ensuring stable and fast internet performance without wireless interference.
My desk lacks an Ethernet connection; it's located in the living room instead.
Sure, I'll make it sound different.
Yeah, I'll give it my all. I noticed today I played Fortnite for three hours in a row and had just one lag spike.
