It's still quite hot. If this were my own setup, I wouldn't try it. The 9700K isn't too tough to keep cool.

I’d prefer to wait. 95c feels too intense for comfort. As long as the fan on the CPU cooler is running, any noctua cooler should maintain the 9700k at a manageable temperature. I think this might be the problem and the fix should come with the new cooler.

The fans are rotating while the computer runs, and everything appears correctly on the screen. The fans are positioned properly.

Yes, the cooler is designed to rotate up to one-quarter turn, allowing exhaust to exit from the rear.

Yes, the top one is correct. For computer fans, always mount them on the back or bottom of the case for best airflow.

Adjust the cooler's fan a bit higher if it's touching the RAM. Remove the metal clips from the side and raise it until it no longer contacts the RAM.
