it's strange with 5GHz wifi you're seeing speeds around 92 to 1200 megabits, while paying for 100 megabits. I'm surprised it sometimes jumps higher when downloading most sites. But on Epic games it can drop to about 45 megabits, yet it still downloads quickly. If I connect to a LAN it usually hits near the maximum speed at that moment. No one seems to be using the internet while I was doing this, and I even managed to download a 2GB file while another game was streaming on 5GHz wifi—it downloaded fast. What could be causing this?

This occurs on speed testing sites. It might indicate an issue with Epic Games' speed measurement due to delays or other factors.
