Bethesda has poured vast sums into developing this title, yet they haven’t adopted texture compression techniques fans can use to modify it themselves.

This texture pack offers a good reason to revisit the game, though without any modifications. I’m not close to fulfilling the claimed conditions, but I’m free to proceed as I see fit! Still, installing it on my SSD might not work.

It seems the numbers are meant to highlight a specific focus on 4K performance. The details about texture size don’t seem relevant here. It’s unclear why such large specs exist unless more testing is done. Joker tried it, and the impact felt manageable with available VRAM.

I don't see anything there that mods don't improve much. It's free, but I don't see any reason for a download at all.

I have it set up and I’m happy with it. The required space seems excessive. I’ll pair it with other texture packs, leaving only the texture pack to handle the rest.

I recall the initial graphics where they were not very well optimized, so maybe someone can improve them. I’m not sure if it’ll be enough to bring me back, and this is my first fallout game—I didn’t purchase the DLC.

Some mods stand out significantly, while this 58GB "High Res" version shows very little variation.

It would be funny if Bethesda combined all the texture mods into a single package and sent it again.

It would definitely be the better option—I enjoy Bethesda and appreciate the extra effort they put in. However, seriously, this pack feels like a joke.

Unreal: the file size would seem too modest to their preferences.
