Has anyone tried playing Warzone? I'm working through this dev error 6068.
Updated my RAM from DDR4 2666 16GB to DDR4 3200 32GB with XMP enabled. Adjusted adv_options to 0.5 in the MW char config file. Tested running in DX11 mode. The only advice I found was reducing GPU voltage by .50mV. My system is a Maximus viii hero i5 6600K, slightly overclocked at 4.2 with 32GB DDR4 3200GX and GTX 1070. It runs on 500GB SSD with Acer Predator 1080p at 144Hz. Any suggestions would be helpful—run all GPX settings in-game on low. MSI afterburner shows about 100% CPU/GPU usage in Warzone, which isn’t a big issue if I’m not seeing bottlenecks.
Check for the newest GPU driver and consider a fresh installation if needed.
I installed it on your system. I ran the game using 1333 RAM speed. It looks like the performance is very slow. I tried an older NVIDIA driver that worked for about three hours without any crashes so far. Would you like to see if I can keep it running smoothly for three days? It seems there are many issues across different PCs, and Activision hasn’t released any updates or fixes.
My PC is six years old, RAM is nearly eight years old, I have two 4GB sticks at 1333 and one 8GB stick at 1600, all running them at 1333. I restarted the system using both the system management paging file and RAM speed settings, but I’m not sure which one worked best.
It's strange about this "fixed" situation. How long have you been experiencing this issue? I attempted a different driver suggestion from someone else, which helped with four games before it returned. I'm currently trying to reinstall the game.
I tried the game at launch without any issues or just a few, then uninstalled and reinstalled it two weeks ago. Whenever I used it, I encountered Dev Error 6068. It would crash Discord and Chrome first, then the game would stop, or my PC would become unresponsive. Even though I had 16 GB of RAM, it reported 99% utilization while the game only needed 6 GB. Since then, I've changed things—enabled XMP and turned off the paging file on the HDD, using it only on the SSD.
