No one has mentioned this motorcycle simulator before. GP Bikes claims it offers the most authentic and challenging riding experience available today.

I haven't engaged in any bike games since Moto Racer and Motocross Madness, yet this seems appealing.

You can use this device which works with a wheel, controller, keyboard, modded handlebars, etc. Essentially anything you prefer. See an example of the hand bars here.

I own a collection of freestyle Pro units I rely on for flightsimulation, and over the years I've discovered they work well in sensor mode—this seems quite promising.
