I set up Win10 without problems using the media creation tool and after installation it confirmed all apps are compatible. After the first boot, I encountered several error messages from Realtek HD audio and some Gigabyte products (SIV, live update) claiming incompatibility. The audio jacks also stopped working because Realtek wasn’t functioning. Others have reported similar problems. I reverted to Win8.1 Pro and everything is now working correctly. I’ll wait for Gigabyte to release updated drivers for the app center.

Looking through the forums reveals many users facing problems with Windows 10. I'm planning to wait another week before addressing these issues.

Consider the over 20 million installations already. With just over 100 posts on forums, most of which focus on complaints rather than success stories, your chances are strong if you wait for a natural upgrade.

It seems the issue lies more with outdated drivers for Windows 8.1 instead of Windows 10. Once the proper drivers are installed for Windows 10, everything should work correctly! (Gigabyte's own applications and Realtek)
