Has anyone else experienced odd 13900K performance with an OC at 4.5 GHz?
If the range stays between 0-15, it doesn't allow you to raise it high enough for risk. I meant the voltage levels, so when I said not to enter in 30, I was talking about +450mV. Going up to 15 or 225mV is safe and should work well with most CPUs.
