He added fresh 3600hz DDR4 RAM alongside what he already had. The slots were correct, but after installing, he boosted the system with GameBoost and XMP settings. Restarting triggered a memory refresh, yet the machine fails to start. Removing the new modules and trying another setup didn’t help.

Disconnect the power source, take out the small coin-shaped battery, let it sit for five minutes, put it back in, and restart the device.
