Hello, I'm assisting my uncle with his old PC upgrade. The Windows keeps freezing despite changes like the GPU, RAM, MBOO, SSD, and Windows itself. It froze during online video playback or installation, even after switching to a new HDD with Windows 7 Pro 32-bit. After installing MSI Afterburner, it froze again in the old HDD. The fans initially spin up, then stop and restart. The new components are: GTX 960 4x2GB at 800MHz DDR2 (8GB Kit) from Asus P5KR. We kept the CPU and PSU unchanged—PSU model FSP400-60HHN (85) 450W, CPU C2Q Q8300 originally from HP Compaq DX7500 micro tower.
