During my first boot, I encountered an error stating "CPU over temperature error" while the BIOS reported 260°F/127°C. After turning it off and back on, I noticed strange temperature readings in Open Hardware Monitor. Could you help clarify what’s happening and suggest a solution? Your feedback would be greatly appreciated!

It seems the temperature sensor failed or the cooling mount malfunctioned. The second issue is straightforward—apply pressure to the cooler and observe a significant drop in temperature. Edited January 17, 2020 by Mira Yurizaki

Checked for issues with the cooling mount, but it didn’t respond. Looking for alternatives beyond replacement, as I prefer.

You're receiving an inaccurate temperature reading. The sensor might be faulty or there could be software conflicts. I encountered this issue with RGB Fusion before; it interfered with my CPU monitoring tools and caused the system to shut down as if it was overheating.
