You have a 2TB hard drive and a 500GB SSD. The Windows boot uses the SSD, but when you check settings it shows only 500GB on the SSD with no access to the hard drive. In BIOS you can still view the hard drive information.

Is present in the device manager? It might already exist in a group. Check if it appears in storage areas (use "manage storage spaces" in the search).

I visited storage areas and saw the message "no drives the work with storage spaces available." In the Device Manager, when I selected a disk drive, only an SSD appeared.
