Hard drive not reachable

I made a huge mistake today. I attempted to take access off my disk drive D from users, but I suspect I lost control of the admins as well. Even though I’m the admin and own the PC, I can’t get in or access anything. I tried changing ownership, but it didn’t work. I’m really frustrated because I need some files from it. Please help me.

You must have removed yourself to regain access; only the ACL is modified, not the file itself.

Yes, there is an alternative method available. You might be able to access it using the command prompt. A screenshot of the ownership app website could also be shared if needed.
