Valve has progressed forward. Gabe avoids anything containing the number three. He contributed to Windows 1 and 2, but not Windows 3.

Remember how Duke Nukem came out before anything similar? TF2 also took its time, and who knows what’s next? It looks like Valve is handling things smoothly right now. A fresh Half-Life with a new engine sounds perfect, and GMod could really shine.

I mean to focus on the feeling of waiting, not the excitement. Why would people get excited about something they’ve already experienced or never heard about?
