Your AMD Ryzen 7 HackIntosh 3rd Gen supports multiple Wi-Fi standards including Wi-Fi 5 and Wi-Fi 6. To connect them, you’ll need the appropriate drivers for each card model. Check your motherboard manufacturer’s website or your PC manufacturer’s support page for the correct drivers. Make sure to install them in the right order on your system.

Yeah, the M.2 I/O slot on your ASUS TUF X570 should work for a Dell network card. You could also consider another network card if needed.
