Hi, I installed Hackingtosh on several popular machines running OSX, including Dell Latitude and ProBooks. Recently, a friend asked me to set it up on his Acer Aspire E5-475, which has an i5 7200u processor (though the sticker says 7th gen) and 8GB RAM. He’s using a 120GB drive with three partitions. After following the guide from Tonymax86, I created bootable USB sticks but when trying to boot into Mac Installer on Clover, it only shows Apple and restarts. What could be causing this issue?

It's best to seek guidance on the tonymac forums. Hackintosh isn't allowed here because it breaks Apple's software rules.

Actually, I wasn't aware of that, so I might remove the thread then.
