Did you retrieve data from an unidentified site (potentially illegal) or examine any questionable email? You can search for Windows Defender in the bottom search bar and perform a scan. Alternatively, consider installing another antivirus such as McAfee or AVG.

Whenever I think I was touched in an uncomfortable spot I don’t want, I reinstall and wipe out any harmful software from my computer. My two copper coins on this matter.

I don't do those things. My phone automatically opens Google pop-up, my friend called me and I swiped a green button. He's on the call with me, but the screen still says I'm receiving a call and asks me to join.

It seems your device is acting unexpectedly. Channels changing without input, apps appearing or disappearing, the mouse moving by itself, unexpected desktop files, or general sluggishness—all could indicate software issues, hardware problems, or malware activity. Check for updates, run a system scan, and ensure everything is functioning normally.

Getting slower when the box runs, then stops suddenly and displays the boot screen. Using a remote for switch channels or apps causes it to turn off, then boots again. App updates seem to disable it and restart it.

Are there any heating problems? Is your power supply dirty?
