Using a Ryzen 5 3600 with an OC clock of 4.1GHz creates a 2080 Super setup.
1080p and 60fps are fine; Fortnite handles 240 fps easily on that processor, and Apex also delivers solid frame rates.
You can definitely use it with the 2080ti, but it won’t work well for 1080p at a high refresh rate. It’s not a good fit unless you’re targeting 240fps or ray tracing.
