I don't know of any such software, but you might find options in backup tools that support USB connections and automatic folder creation.

It really depends on your platform: on Windows I used Allway Sync with auto-sync enabled, while on Linux or Mac OS I relied on a custom rsync script. There might be other options available, but these are the ones I've tried recently. NOTE: Allway Sync supports both one-way and two-way syncing.
