When you launch an app, the CPU speed drops to 1.99 GHz or less. When you're idle, it runs faster than 1.99 GHz. This might be normal behavior depending on your device and settings. Let me know if you need more help!

The CPU temperature is not specified, and it refers to the processor running for this particular app. The exact model is also undetermined.

Check the CPU temperature readings to see if it’s within normal range. Ensure the cooler is correctly installed. Evaluate the case airflow for proper cooling performance.

I'm observing a slowdown. Have you looked at the processor speeds in Task Manager?

2Ghz seems similar to what the all-core performance target should be: https://www.notebookcheck.net/Bristol-Ri...477.0.html It could be the OEM manufacturer that reduced the CPU speed and possibly fixed its power limits.
