Now that it's Black Friday, I'm planning to spend 50 euros on a cooler to boost my X5670 to around 4.2Ghz. I found a H60 for 47 euros—would this work well or can I get better performance for the price? I also discovered a MasterLiquid 240 for 50 euros, but my setup doesn't fit over 120mm radiators. Please suggest other coolers under 55 euros that are available in the EU to avoid import taxes.

Please suggest other coolers under about 55 euros, but only those available in the EU to avoid import taxes. Thanks.
