I recently purchased a new liquid cooler that functions properly, but I’m having trouble adjusting the RGB settings since it isn’t displaying in the iCUE software. Additionally, the colors change immediately when I log into my PC.

Check the connection to the RGB header and confirm iCUE identifies it.

It seems a computer shop set it up for me and left it powered on. I noticed that once iCUE started running in the background, the cooler's color stopped working or turned off completely. No information appears in iCUE about the cooler issue.

It checks the motherboard headers, not just the cooler. In signal RGB, it identifies each header connected to the motherboard as a single unit.

Check if the system displays the headers correctly after loading. If not, review the configuration or settings related to header recognition.

I don't understand why someone would purchase a 120mm AIO; a 120mm or 140mm tower cooler would likely be more effective. In my opinion, if you decide to choose an AIO, a minimum of 240mm would be ideal for performance value. Still...here we are. The Corsair H55 RGB is considered outdated—Corsair states it isn't supported by the latest iCUE versions (version 4). On the support page, iCUE version 3.88 is listed for download. https://www.corsair.com/br/en/Categories...-downloads I just noticed you're also using Corsair RGB RAM... after reviewing your profile (since you didn't share system specs). Make sure you're running the correct iCUE version. RGB lighting, as described in the manual, uses a 3-pin +5V ARGB header on the motherboard—it isn't managed by iCUE like newer models. The current AIO design connects via an internal USB 2.0 header. Then, using iCUE software through that header allows control over fans, pumps, RGB, etc. Your alternative is to rely on your motherboard's built-in RGB/ARGB tools... because the RGB is physically connected to the ARGB headers. ASUS Aura Sync / Armor Crate. https://rog.asus.com/motherboards/rog-st..._download/ Another choice is combining multiple RGB software, such as ASUS Aura Sync, Corsair iCUE, and others like Razer Synapes or Logitech G Hub.

It was the PC case that caused the issue. The 110R model lacks adequate exhaust, which means when an air cooler uses fans inside the case, it pushes hot air out but doesn’t allow proper ventilation. This can lead to other parts overheating. The case itself appears to be the main source of the problem.
