Honestly, it's great! But to be real, I’m just playing Battle Royale on H1Z1 and still not sure what survival feels like!

I had some of the very best experiences in DayZ. Although better in the old mod, SA was really emmersive. One of the most emmersive games I've ever played actually. I have almost 300 hours in it. It's one of the games that will bring you nearly to tears when you lose a character you've had for months. And a game that feels so authentic when you are talking to people over local chat or using the Walkie talkie. I've not played it in a long time, and I've heard the player base is low and hackers are pretty active. Not sure it's current condition but it used to be amazing. h1z1 seems to be a huge let down. I've played it a bit and it "feels" cheap. Inventory isn't as good, less loot and smaller map. Also not as pretty or emmersive. It's more of an arcade game. The main game kinda sucks but battle royal is pretty good. Although I'd rather just play battle royale on arma 3 but whatever floats your boat.

I've only heard a lot about DayZ and noticed the graphics seem more 2D than 3D. It sounds like Hizi was split into two games to allow different teams per game, which could be a good idea. However, Hizi has been available since its release on Steam a long time ago. The survival mode feels quite dull. You'd need more players to stay safe, or else you'll likely lose before completing your base. Building a base offers nothing once it's finished. Instead of Hizi or DayZ, I'd prefer Ark or Rust—these are much better experiences.
