Hey everyone, just wanted to share my first computer build experience. I’m a total beginner, so here’s what I have:

Specs:
i7-4770k (clock speeds)
Zotac Reference GTX 780Ti
8GB DDR3-1333Mhz Corsair Dominator RAM
480GB Corsair Neutron SSD
Phanteks P400 Case
ASUS ROG Maximus VI Motherboard

The issue I’m facing is that my H100 Water Block isn’t turning on or cooling the CPU. I’ve installed it properly, added two fans for the radiator, applied thermal paste, and connected them to Chassis 1, 2, and 3 slots. The fans are in the main slots, but nothing works. I moved the fans around and still no improvement. I removed the water block and reinserted it carefully, but it still doesn’t work. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Review Corsair's guidelines. Usually their watercoolers need you to connect a SATA or molex power connector to supply power to the pump and fans.
Typically it works by connecting the fans to the pump, the pump to the SATA/Molex and CPU-Fan (RPM monitoring only), and then attaching the extra USB cable into a USB header (certain models).

the cooling block must be linked to the CPU fan header, and it should be included in the instructions.

The 16.40 time slot performs more effectively.

RARRAF:
The 16.40 time version works better. Inserting it into the CPU_FAN header doesn't help, it keeps failing.

it's conceivable the fans aren't PWM models, or you might need to adjust the BIOS to switch to PWM or revert to the standard fan configuration. I experienced a comparable issue with my Antec 920.

It's possible the fans aren't PWM fans or you might need to adjust the BIOS settings to switch to PWM or revert to the standard fan configuration. I had a similar issue with my Antec 920. Thank you for your response, but the radiator fans are still operational. The water block isn't activating even when connected. I'll attempt it again and share the outcome.

Quixit reviewed Corsair's guidelines. Typically, their watercoolers need a SATA or molex power connector to operate the pump and fans. Usually, it connects the fan plugs to the pump, the pump to the SATA/Molex and CPU-Fan (just RPM monitoring), and then adds a USB cable into a header (some models don’t). All fans and chassis fans are functioning properly. I connected the pumps using 3-pin connectors to the molex converter, which I then linked to my PSUs via molex power cords.
