Have you mostly spent time on Gwent instead of the main Witcher 3? I've noticed others do the same. Common tactics include baiting opponents early, using spies, and playing enough to secure a win while dominating later rounds. For decks and card sourcing, there are good options available if you're looking for quality cards.
I aim to avoid going as far as possible from gwent because I'm not great.
I operate in the northern territories, launching powerful attacks with archers and infantry early. In the second phase I deploy my heroes and siege cards, leveraging the horn card to amplify strength across those cards. It's not flawless, but I achieve a win rate around 75%.
