It's running smoothly at around 50fps, but it dips down to the low 40s when using lower settings. It might be time to boost your GPU performance.

My setup uses an HD 7950 and is playing the game on Ultra Expect for far-off foliage, depth of field, motion blur, and hair effects. I'm achieving about 45 fps. Disabling V-Sync reduces tearing while keeping performance smooth.
