Uncertain though, my CPU never goes above 147W regardless of what I use in PBO. I tried auto, motherboard settings, manual adjustments—even set TDC, EDC, PPT to 1000 and still only reached 147W. My Arctic Liquid Freezer III 360mm works fine for cooling.

This approach doesn't align with standard practices—it seems like a misinterpretation of what works for most systems. Adjusting voltage and frequency in that way could damage the CPU if not done carefully. Trying values like -200 or -15 is extreme and unlikely to help unless you're working with a specific setup. Make sure your goals match the default behavior, and check temperatures before making changes.

The scaler performs exceptionally well at 10x; consider exploring alternatives if you're unsure.

The power consumption depends on frequency, core load, and voltage. If +200/-30 remains stable without dropping cinebench ratings, it’s a positive outcome. Whether you can exceed 147W isn’t clear to me, as I’ve only tested SFF coolers on the 9800x3D models I’ve used. My earlier 5800x3D and 7950x3D had fixed TDP limits, while the 7950x3D reached up to 155W even after a direct-die upgrade and extensive undervolting. The 7950x3D was ultimately constrained by its TDP.
