I'm preparing your SteamApps folder on another hard drive for use with an SSD. You'll need to configure the system so it knows where to find the games. Check the settings for Steam or the OS to ensure it recognizes the new location, possibly adjusting download or installation options. If needed, follow the provided steps to set up the correct paths and permissions. Let me know if you need further clarification!

I previously set up a custom system for RMA, which required reinstalling Windows on my SSD. After returning, I reinstalled Steam, adjusted the game directory on the HDD to point to my new storage, and had Steam recognize the existing files. This process seems to have resolved the issue.

Observe that not every match will be available, many multiplayer games won't function this way, it seems related to their launcher. Warframe, Star Trek Online, and Final Fantasy XIV are titles I own that will download the full game instead of loading a pre-existing file.

That makes sense since the settings let you pick the download location, so placing the correct folder there should work. Thanks!

No issue at all since I don't play MMOs, but appreciate the details!

I wasn't involved in any MMOs during that period, so I didn't have to go through it personally. Appreciate the details.
