Usually TB3 docking stations don’t connect properly with regular USB-C ports. Trying might not succeed, so consider using a simple KVM setup instead—make sure it supports the correct display connections for your monitor.

Synergy could be useful; Linus created a video on it at symless.com, though it doesn't function on monitors—you'd need a KVM setup instead.
