I’m noticing similar dips sometimes during my time in the 40s, especially in cities or while working out. Have you experienced this too?

With my GTX 770 it only occurred when I was on top of the buildings, but I didn’t consider it a major issue. My usual performance is around 60-70 FPS.

This game really enjoys more vibrant visuals. Lowering shadow-related settings can help improve performance.

I adjusted the ini settings from 1 to 0 and set the cap to 72 fps, but it now limits to 60 instead of 30.

What kind of screen are you using? I'm set to 144Hz, which means it automatically switches to 72fps.
