It depends on you, but the 970 rating is nearly identical to 980. The 3.5gb storage isn’t a big concern.

Well yeah but Even if I OC I'm not maximng out witcher Yet other games even if I OC disable AA I'm not getting 60fps 1440p yet OC 980 will.

He claimed to run at 60fps with a 980, but the Witcher 2 GTX 970 struggles to maintain that speed. Is your card possibly overclocked?

The 970 is certainly sufficient for smooth performance at 1080p. I didn<|pad|> to say it would run at least 60fps. Just keep in mind those wccftech articles with a grain of salt.

It seems a 980 will is possible. I could secure one or customize my 970 with a slight adjustment to the settings.
