Hello, I'm just increasing the overclock settings on my GTX970 Zotac with 4GB RAM. The results from Msi afterburner show: Core Voltage +37mv, Power Limit 106%, Core clock +190MHz, Memory clock +450MHz, Fan speed at 70%, and a max temperature of 77°C. It's working fine, but I'm concerned about the GPU temperature. Is 77°C too high or is it acceptable?

if it passes a stress test or a lengthy gaming session, then it's fine. however, you might be able to increase the fan speed to 80% if you're okay with the extra noise. give it a try and check if it sounds excessive.

If it's being tested under stress or during an extended gaming session, I'd say you're fine. You might be able to increase the fan speed to 80% if you're okay with the extra noise. Give it a try and check if it sounds too loud.

Thank you! At 80% speed, I'm at 73°C steady. The fan noise is okay for me. Ggwp
