I believe you'll encounter more problems with the CPU than the GPU. The FX-6300 performed poorly on its release and hasn't improved since then.

The GTX 650 performs poorly in games, especially for esports titles. It handles modern AAA games just fine, but struggles with anything more demanding. The FX CPU offers limited upgrade potential, which should be sufficient unless you plan to play the latest titles.
