After countless hours of uncertainty, it seems the graphics drivers for the GTX 560 Ti and Windows 10 are causing the bootloop issue. Could an older version of Windows 10 function with these drivers? If not, what affordable alternative would fit smoothly with Windows 10 without breaking the bank?

I've been running version 391.35 on Windows 10 without any problems. Are you certain the issue isn't related to a different card? You're welcome to test even older drivers if needed. Edited January 22, 2023 by thekingofmonks

No, I don't mean the device is broken. You're asking if you believe the hardware itself is faulty when you mention the card.
