When I run 3dmark fire strike, my frequency fluctuates a lot. 1987-2100-2050-2038. Isn't it supposed to stay steady? How can I make it more consistent?

Improving cooling is essentially the main solution for achieving a consistent boost clock.

The main solution seems to be improved cooling, which is essentially the only way to achieve a consistent boost clock. It turns out the issue was related to hitting the 120% power target. Sad.

That's correct. It's interesting, though. Based on the data I see, it reaches 127% on a reference board.

That would work. Though it's surprising. My monitoring shows it goes up to 127% on a reference board, which is great. I have to keep below 2113mhz to avoid hitting the limit. It's a bit disappointing that the card can go above 2200mhz.
