I've experienced the clock frequency dropping from around 250MHz to about 4500MHz since installation. I've checked reseating the GPU, restarting the PC, reinstalling drivers, and running precision XOC, but nothing resolved it.
The card seems to be drawing more power than usual.
Is it possible the 970 is overloading? I'm planning to sell it but no one wants it, so I might as well use it.
Should I try increasing the frequency to +750MHz or fix the problem?
I just fixed the problem somehow by adjusting the fan curve. I don't know exactly how it works, but at least it helped.
