Hello,
I've already tried using MSI after burner to overclock my cards, and I'm seeing one running at 2000MHZ while the other stays at 1600MHZ. What might be the problem?

Check if they are already set up in SLI within the NVIDIA Control Panel. If yes, divide SLI in the NVIDIA Control Panel, implement your overclocking settings on each card, and then reintegrate them into SLI.
