Hello everyone,
I need some assistance. I accidentally overclocked my Palit Jetstream GTX 1060 using Thunder Master OCng software. Since I'm not very experienced with overclocking, it was a risky decision.
I rebooted multiple times but Windows 10 Pro is stuck and displays a simple blue screen without any error messages.
Could anyone help me find a solution that doesn’t require reinstalling Windows and keeps my files intact? Or is there a BIOS setting I should adjust?
Thank you for your support.

It seems to be a Blue Screen of Death, but instead of the usual message, you're seeing a welcome screen that doesn't disappear. This happened to me a few times during overclocking. I reset the BIOS and everything returned to normal. If you can't reach the BIOS, try resetting through the CMOS battery—maybe that helps.

Is your setup sharing updates? Do you notice an MSI logo appearing prior to the blue screen?

What kind of Blue Screen appears? Is it a BSOD or do you see a welcome screen that remains displayed? This happened once or twice during overclocking. I performed a BIOS reset and everything returned to normal. If you can't access the BIOS, try resetting through the CMOS battery—hope it helps.

Does your system launch properly? Do you notice an MSI icon appearing before the blue screen?

FrostXVenom shared their experience with different types of Blue Screen of Death. They mentioned encountering a BSOD or a welcome screen that stays displayed, especially after overclocking. They tried a BIOS reset and everything returned to normal. If the BIOS isn't accessible, they suggested resetting through the CMOS battery. They appreciated the advice and plan to try it later as a work.
