This update really assists a great deal since MSI produces numerous 1060s versions, but I’m not sure which one you have because you weren’t clear about it.

In short, your processor isn’t performing well. You could test its strength with a CPU-heavy program like Prime95 to confirm.

After discovering the issue, I performed a full reset. Now the CPU is running smoothly at 3.5Mhz. I plan to install CS GO as a benchmark to confirm everything is functioning correctly.

Following a Windows reset, the system is experiencing slow performance across all tasks. It becomes difficult to launch applications or start the computer, and the processor speed varies between 1 GHz and 4 GHz. The machine runs an Intel i5 7600K processor.

I just got my monitor connected to Integrated Graphics, but I had to reset it three times. No wonder people get confused! Thanks a lot to Kelvinhall05 for helping me explore this new setup.
