If i get 120 fps to 60 fps it feels like i get 15 fps even on 70 fps my specs is ryzen 5 2600x and gtx 1060 6 gb

80c for a GPU is pretty normal under high load, however 80c for a CPU is way too hot.
If your CPU is in fact getting closer to 80c, try taking the side panel to your computer off and letting it run for a while, then testing again with speccy and see if your CPU temps are much lower. If they're around 50-60C under load with the side of the case off then your case has poor ventilation, or improper direction of fans, or lack of.

If they're around 50-60C under load with the side of the case off then your case has poor ventilation, or improper direction of fans, or lack of.
