It's the CPU. Choose an i3 or i5. (If you can afford more, it's a good investment)

It’s still hitting near the maximum RAM limit, and the speed is far from what you’d expect from a GTX 650 in GTA V. The resolution is 900p instead of the usual 1080p. Are you even checking these videos before sharing them? Yes, GTA V recommends at least 4GB, but for a smooth run you’ll need at least 6GB—especially with a good GPU. If CPU performance is what others say it is, a Core 2 Quad running at 3.0GHz should match my Phenom II X6 at 2.8, delivering solid 60 at 1080p with a 7870 and 8GB RAM.

I'm planning to test this game on my AMD Phenom 2 Quad at 4.0ghz, with 4GB of 1600MHz CL7 RAM and an HD 7770. I want to check its performance and see if the 4GB limit actually applies.

Ensure the Gaming Evolved software is available—typically bundled with AMD drivers—and check if it recommends ideal configurations. Always verify you have the most recent driver updates installed.

Just a 270, okay? Need 2GB of VRAM.

Sure, let's keep things light and casual.

Don't worry about the GPU Police—those rules are tough to follow these days!

Thanks! I already received another 4GB stick, but I had to return the original one via RMA. Now I have to wait.
