I’m trying to understand this situation better. Others have shared similar experiences with Grand Theft Auto V and noticed a minor stuttering even when everything seemed stable. Despite having a full GPU, normal temperatures, and ample RAM, the performance dropped noticeably after increasing MSAA to 8x. It seems adjustments like fan speed might be key here. What do you think?

It could be an issue with the game itself; generally there aren't many options to fix it

It works best without MSAA, runs at 8x speed, and hits 17 fps. Notice how my 960 drops noticeably with MSAA enabled.

It's really confusing how this works. I've noticed GTA V runs quite smoothly, delivering consistent 60 frames without any noticeable lag or stutters.

Could be due to the GPU handling more tasks or an unclear issue—I’d call it a weird rendering glitch, honestly.
