Hello Everyone. Here are my PC specifications:
Intel UHD 620
Core i5-8250U
8 GB RAM
4 cores
128 MB dedicated memory
4 GB shared video memory

Although the system meets the recommended specs, GTA V still experiences significant lag. Minor frame rate reductions are acceptable. However, during driving, the game becomes very slow. The RAM usage rises from 4 GB to 8 GB, then increases further when driving. After reaching 7 GB, the game starts lagging in vehicle mode and reaches 60 FPS on foot. Once it hits 8 GB, the game freezes completely. On foot, RAM usage grows slowly, while on vehicle it increases rapidly. The RAM consumption keeps rising without any decrease. I have tried all available tutorials to resolve this issue, but every adjustment I made was done myself. Performance drops are also noticeable when entering Ammu Nation.

CPU temperature stays constant at around 80°C, with only a slight increase of 3-4°C. The GPU performance remains stable at 60-70%. RAM usage jumps from 5 GB to 8 GB, and memory capacity increases from 250 MB to 600 MB. I don’t understand why all these changes occur. On foot, I can easily maintain 60 FPS with low settings, but even with 4 GB RAM, stable performance at 30 FPS is difficult. These frequent lag spikes prevent me from playing the game properly. Especially missions feel extremely slow—around 1 FPS. This problem only occurs on a cracked version of the game.

It does not happen with other titles like Fortnite, Apex Legends, or Mortal Kombat X, which run smoothly at 50-60 FPS.
