I have a 1050 Ti 4GB, an i5 7600K and 8GB DDR4 RAM setup. For some reason GTA V caps at 60 FPS with VSync disabled in-game and in the InVIDA control panel. That’s not too bad since it runs smoothly at 60fps, but after a while it drops to 45 FPS and stays there. This game runs well on a 60Hz monitor. While maintaining 60fps, the GPU usage is near 80% and CPU around 60%. The settings are a mix of normal, high and very high. Once I turned off the cap, I reached about 80fps again but it seems to stay that way. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
