It seems you're referring to a discussion about the GTA series, but the content appears to be about delayed release dates for GTA 5 on PC and Xbox One. Source: http://www.ibtimes.com/gta-5-ps4-pc-xbox...15-1661810

I realized we were discussing the same idea upon seeing the title.

gta v generates a lot of excitement, so many fans who really wanted it got it on consoles now, but people are only hoping for PC mods. Online still lacks heists after nearly a year, yet they added flight school without any prior work, which is tougher than changing some code from single-player to multiplayer.

I didn’t plan to purchase it at launch, yet I’m optimistic they’re genuinely striving to enhance its performance as a PC version compared to GTA4.

If they plan to push back, they ought to enhance it and include additional elements.

They’re hiding the heists from those who understand the game. If there’s an ATRADE program so I can exchange my 360 copy for a PC or get it discounted to $20 at launch, I might consider it.

I purchase it regardless of the cost since I deeply enjoy the GTA series.

I’ll hold out for a lifetime to confirm it’s not another GTA 4. The PC version was really awkward.
